Personal Use Rental

Please note these are special rates for NON-COMMERCIAL use (i.e. images are not being used to sell services or product, etc.). We are able to offer these discounted rates because personal shoots generally require less administrative and production support from the studio as well as cause less wear and tear to the studio.

Notes:

All video productions fall under the commercial rates above.
All reservations include use of our lighting equipment, if needed

Commercial Use &
Video Production

Our standard rates apply for commercial shoots, which include any projects intended for promotional, advertising, or product-based purposes (e.g. images or videos used to sell services, products, or for any form of commercial distribution). Commercial productions typically require additional administrative and production support, as well as greater attention to maintaining the studio environment. For all video productions, commercial rates apply regardless of the nature of the content.

Additional hours: $100/hr

Production Assistant: &40/Hr

Have a dedicated team member on hand to keep your shoot running smoothly. Your production assistant will help with setup, breakdown, lighting adjustments, prop handling, and overall coordination so you can focus fully on capturing great content.

Includes:

Assistance with studio setup + quick resets
Support with lighting, backdrops, and minor gear adjustments
Coordinating flow and helping your team stay on schedule
Guidance around studio rules, amenities, and best practices

Freshly painted wall: $50

Completed before your booking begins

Smooth, even finish ideal for photo and video. We suggest this for all clients shooting in the winter/spring months.

Pre- Lit Setup: $40

If you're not confident setting up your own lighting — or simply want to save time — this option is perfect for you. One of our staff members will take care of the lighting setup, so you can walk in, stay focused, and start shooting with a clear mind.

Seamless Backdrop Pull: $60

Need a seamless paper backdrop pulled for your shoot? We’ll have it set and ready before you arrive so you can walk in and get started right away.
