What To Expect
Human Form offers an immersive evening celebrating the artistry of the human figure through photography, live performance, and creative community. Guests can explore a curated exhibition of contemporary nude and erotic fine art photography, photograph photograph live figure models in designated areas, and experience a live shibari demonstration presented as an artistic performance, with opportunities for photography.
Throughout the evening, attendees will also have the chance to connect with exhibiting artists, fellow creatives, and collectors in an atmosphere designed to inspire conversation, collaboration, and an appreciation for the expressive power of the human form.
The human body has been one of art's most enduring subjects for centuries. Human Form brings together photographers whose work explores intimacy, vulnerability, desire,
identity, and the expressive power of the figure. Through a range of contemporary perspectives, this exhibition invites viewers to engage with the body not as an object, but as a medium for storytelling, emotion, and artistic expression.
Spanning classical figure studies to modern explorations of sensuality,
Human Form celebrates the body in all of its complexity—challenging perception, honoring individuality, and reaffirming the nude as one of the most timeless and profound forms of art.
A Curated Collection
This year's exhibition features a select group of invited artists working at the forefront of contemporary nude and erotic fine art photography. From timeless studies of the human figure to bold explorations of intimacy and sensuality, each collection reflects a unique artistic vision while contributing to a broader conversation about beauty, identity, vulnerability, and desire.
By limiting the exhibition to a carefully curated roster of artists, Human Form offers an intimate gallery experience where every body of work has been thoughtfully selected for its artistic merit and contribution to the exhibition's narrative.
ARTIST SUBMISSIONS
About Submission
This exhibition is open to photographers working in contemporary figure, art nude, and fine art photography. Every submission is carefully reviewed by The Photocoop's curatorial team. Rather than accepting work on a first-come, first-served basis, we thoughtfully select artists whose work best contributes to the overall vision, quality, and narrative of the exhibition.
If Selected
Accepted artists may exhibit up to five (5) works as part of their participation. Artists wishing to exhibit additional pieces beyond the initial five may do so for $20 per additional work, subject to available wall space and curatorial approval.
Submission Fee
A $30 non-refundable submission fee is required to be considered for the exhibition.
Exhibition Support
Human Form is independently produced by The Photocoop. Submission fees directly support the production of the exhibition, including gallery preparation, installation materials, artwork hanging systems, marketing, printed materials, opening reception expenses, and the continued maintenance of our exhibition space.
