What Your
Membership Includes

Studio Access

  • Weekdays
    Up to 8 hours/month in The Annex and The Coop

  • Weekends:
    Up to 4 hours/month

  • Full access to all studio lighting equipment during booked hours

  • Access includes setup and cleanup time

  • Additional hours available for purchase at a 20% Discounted rate studio rates

Important Booking Notes

All bookings are subject to availability

  • Setup and cleanup time are included in your booked hours

  • Coaching hours must be scheduled in advance

  • Additional studio hours may be purchased if needed

Payments must be made by the 1st of each month for booking access to remain active.

Professional Development

  • 5 hours/month of private coaching with a seasoned professional photographer. This can be both digital or in person

  • Invitation to quarterly member meetups and critiques

Monthly Hours & Carryover Policy

  • Membership studio and coaching hours are allocated monthly

  • Unused hours may carry over to the following month

  • Carried-over hours cannot exceed the active membership term

  • Hours do not accumulate beyond the end of your membership

  • Any unused hours remaining at the end of the membership term are forfeited

Example:
If you have a 3-month membership, unused hours may roll forward within those 3 months, but all hours must be used before the membership term ends.

Before Booking, Please Check Availability

Please review the studio calendars above before submitting your booking request to ensure your desired date and time are available. Calendar availability is shown in real time; however, multiple requests may be submitted simultaneously.

If a scheduling overlap occurs, we will notify you as soon as possible to discuss alternative times or next steps.

Option 1:
Booking Your Hours

Use our booking form to request your studio time. The form will guide you step-by-step so we have everything we need to confirm your booking.

The form will ask for:

Studio location

  • The Annex

  • The Coop

  1. Date(s) requested

  2. Start and end time

  3. Weekday or weekend booking

  4. Do you need tutoring/coaching hours?

    • Yes (include number of hours)

    • No

  5. Notes or special requests

  6. Once submitted:

    • We’ll review availability

    • You’ll receive a confirmation email once your time is approved

Booking & Usage Rules

  • Studio time must be booked in advance via the booking form or by emailing info@thephotocoop.com

  • All bookings are subject to availability

  • Booked time includes setup and cleanup

  • Members must be fully packed and exited by the end of their booked time

  • Bookings may not exceed your monthly hour allotment unless additional hours are purchased


Studio Access

  • Access is limited to the studios included in your membership
    (The Annex and The Coop)

  • Only the member listed on the account may book time

  • Members are responsible for their guests, clients, and crew while on site

  • Any damage to studio property or equipment may result in additional charges


Cancellations &
No-Shows

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in loss of booked hours

  • Repeated no-shows may lead to booking restrictions


Respect for the Space

  • Use equipment only as instructed

  • Return all gear to its original place

  • Leave the studio in the same condition you found it

  • Please clean up all food and drink before leaving

  • NO SMOKING

  • Music is allowed and loud noises
