Classes at The Photocoop

We’re excited to introduce hands-on photography and creative classes designed for photographers, filmmakers, and visual artists at every stage of their journey.

Our classes focus on real-world skills, practical workflows, and creative experimentation—taught inside a working studio environment.

Studio Lighting Classes!

Our upcoming lighting classes are designed to give photographers and creatives a clear, practical understanding of how to shape and control light with intention. These hands-on sessions cover a wide range of techniques—from foundational one-light setups and modifier use to portrait, boudoir, product, and creative lighting—helping students move beyond trial and error into confident, repeatable workflows. Whether you’re new to studio lighting or refining your technical skills, these classes focus on real-world applications, problem-solving on set, and building lighting setups that translate across different subjects and shooting environments.

Upcoming Model Posing Classes

Our posing classes are designed to help photographers, models, and creatives understand how the body communicates in front of the camera. These sessions focus on posture, movement, expression, and camera awareness—teaching how to direct, adjust, and refine poses with intention rather than relying on memorized positions. Through guided instruction and real-world examples, students learn how to create natural, confident poses that translate across portrait, boudoir, and commercial work, improving both on-set communication and the final image.
